Any items placed on pre-order will take 3-4 weeks to process and will be sent thereafter.

Damaged or Defective Items
Your peace of mind is important to us. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we are committed to making it right.
Reporting Damage: Please notify us via email within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Process: Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage.
Resolution: Once the damage is verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item to be sent to you at no additional cost. If the item is out of stock, a store credit or refund will be issued.
